If you would like your special event added to our calendar, please email us at district@hudsonshope.ca.

Planning a Special Event on District Property?

Please remember to notify us! This is a simple process; just submit the Special Event Application Form. To ensure we can properly support your event and address any necessary requirements, we kindly request that applications be submitted at least six weeks in advance. Depending on the nature of your event, you may also be required to provide additional documentation such as proof of insurance, food permits, or liquor licenses.
