Surrounded by lakes and rivers, Hudson’s Hope offers many areas to go boating, including Williston Lake, Dinosaur Lake and the Peace River.
Boat Launches are available at the following locations:
Dinosaur Lake Campground Boat Launch – Dinosaur Lake
A brand new double boat launch is located in the Dinosaur Lake Campground.
Lynx Creek Boat Launch – Peace River
Currently Closed. For more information on re-opening, please visit BC Hydro Boating and Future Reservoir Access
Elizabeth Creek Boat Launch – Williston Lake
Located just across the WAC Bennett Dam. This boat launch is only usable at high reservoir levels.
Dunlevy Boat Launch – Williston Lake
Located on the north shore of Williston Lake’s Peace Reach, Butler Ridge Provincial Park provides boat access to B.C.’s largest man-made lake. Travel down Twelve Mile Road to access the park. This boat launch is only usable at high reservoir levels.
