Regular meetings of Council are usually held the second and fourth Monday of each month starting at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers in the basement of the District Office, 9904 Dudley Drive. The Council Meeting Schedule is subject to change, please confirm meetings by contacting the District Office at (250) 783-9901 or by email at district@hudsonshope.ca.
Upon approval, members of the public may also come to speak as a delegation during the meeting. For more information, see our Appearing Delegation page. On occasion the public meeting may be followed by an In-Camera meeting that is closed to the public as it is dealing with issues relating to one of the following subjects.
