Regular Council meetings are convened at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers in the basement of the District Office at 9904 Dudley Drive. The meetings are scheduled on designated Mondays throughout the year, with the possibility of additional meetings on selected Mondays as needed.
The Council Meeting Schedule is subject to change. We encourage you to check the schedule frequently for updates on specific meeting dates, please confirm meetings by contacting the District Office at (250) 783-9901 or by email at district@hudsonshope.ca.
Upon approval, members of the public may also come to speak as a delegation during the meeting. For more information, see our Appearing Delegation page. On occasion the public meeting may be followed by an In-Camera meeting that is closed to the public.
