The District of Hudson’s Hope supplies water, sewer, and garbage collection services within certain areas of the municipal boundaries. Commercial garbage service is provided to businesses in Hudson’s Hope.
To provide these essential services there is a cost associated with each one. The fee collected by the District is set out in our Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 915, 2020.
UTILITY BILLING DUE DATES
Residential service fees are billed in two installments and a 4% discount will be given if the first installment is paid prior to February 15th and a 4% discount will be given if the second installment is paid prior to August 15th.
Commercial customers with metered water and sewer accounts and/or commercial garbage bin service receive an invoice for services prepared monthly.
Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that utility account payment deadlines are met in order to obtain discounts / avoid penalties. If you have not received your utility invoice, contact the District office to obtain a copy.
