Hudson’s Hope is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate while you camp in one of our municipal campgrounds. Cameron Lake offers the perfect swimming spot, Dinosaur Lake is the place to take your boat up the lake, Alwin Holland has a beautiful trail down to the Peace River and the King Gething Park is right in downtown Hudson’s Hope where you can stroll over to our outdoor pool for a dip on a hot day.
We opened a brand-new campground on July 8th, 2022. The Dinosaur Lake ATV Campground provides access to many trails and Crown Land to explore.
There are also a few great private and forestry campgrounds within our community.
Online campground reservations can be made for the current camping season starting the first business day of May at 9:00 am.
If you are a resident of Hudson’s Hope you can purchase a Season Camping Pass at the District Office and receive a discount when booking online. You can also purchase a 7 night punch card from the Campground Attendants for $100.00. The punch cards do not need to be used all at once, and they do not have discount codes for booking online.

Refer to the Reservation System Policy for more information or call the Hudson’s Hope District Office at (250) 783-9901. The reservation system open on the first business day of May at 9:00 am.
