Gething Park is named after Quentin "King" Gething, a founding pioneer of Hudson's Hope. This is the park that is in "downtown" Hudson's Hope. Walk to the grocery store, enjoy a picnic, check out our Museum or Visitor Centre or have a picnic in Beattie Park. Gething Park offers fifteen dry sites, flush toilets, a washroom, coin operated showers, a sani-station and cooking boxes. Pets are allowed on leash. $15.00 per night which includes an arm-full of firewood.
Alwin Holland Park

Located on the Peace River 3 km (2 miles)
south of Hudson's Hope off Hwy. 29
Alwin Holland Park of "The Glen" to locals is named after the first teacher to come to Hudson's Hope. Located in Alwin Holland Park is the cabin of Reginald "Uncle Dudley" Shaw, a pioneer of Hudson's Hope. This cabin later became home to author Bradford Angiers. With walking access to the Peace River you can spend the day fishing, painting, picnicking, taking photographs of the unique Teapot Islands, searching for that perfect river rock or simply enjoying the scenery. Alwin Holland offers twelve dry sites, outhouses, cooking boxes, fishing and hiking trails. Pets are allowed on leash. $15.00 per night which includes an arm-full of firewood..
Dinosaur Lake Campground

Located 7 km (4 miles) south of Hudson's
Hope off Hwy. 29
Dinosaur Lake was created when the Peace Canyon Dam was completed in 1980 and named for the fossils of dinosaur footprints that were covered when the area was flooded. Bring your boat as you won't want to miss going upstream to the bottom of the WAC Bennett Dam to look for eagles. Keep your eyes open for the abundant wildlife on the hills and beaver and fish in the lake. Join the fun at the annual Father's Day Fishing Derby. You don't need a boat - just patience and enthusiasm. The park offers a boat launch, fifty dry sites, a water pump, outhouses, cooking boxes, fire pits, swimming, hiking trails, fishing and boating. Pets are allowed on leash. $15.00 per night which includes an arm-full of firewood.
Cameron Lake Campground

Cameron Lake beach 24 km (15 miles) south
of Hudson's Hope off Hwy 29.
Cameron Lake is one of the few lakes that offers good swimming during the summer months. A favorite for locals, it does not allow motorized vessels, so provides a more relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. The park offers twenty dry sites, outhouses, fire pits, swimming, hiking, fishing, playground, canoeing and kayaking. Pets are allowed on leash. $15.00 per night which includes an arm-full of firewood.

Lynx Creek RV Park and Campground
Located beside the Peace River, 6 km North of Hudson’s Hope on
Hwy 29 North. The sites have large pull-thrus,
power and water hook-ups, washrooms with
coin operated showers, sani-dump, playground,
picnic tables, fire pits, firewood, horse
shoe pit, fishing and boat launch. It
is wheelchair accessible and reservations
are accepted.

Williston Lake RV & Campground Park
